Moreover, from this holiday home you have one of the most beautiful panoramas in this vibrant holiday destination, both from the Penthouse apartment and from the apartment on the ground floor. Thanks to the underfloor heating you will have warm feet in no time after skiing. By the way, the house is heated with an air heat pump to contribute to a better environment. The next day your boots will be warm and dry again on the drying rack. In the summer holidays you can enjoy a sunny area from a comfortable chalet with a variety of possibilities to go out. Ski-in Ski-out: from the beginning of December until the beginning of April you have the slopes at your doorstep - supported by snow cannons. The glacier ski area generally opens in October with the autumn holiday! You can then already snowboard or ski on the Kitzsteinhorn.

The luxurious Chalet an der Piste is located directly on the Maiskogel piste, Kaprun, Austria and is a real ski-in / ski-out location, so no dragging of boots, skis and poles and no parking problem at the ski-lift. A ski depot is also not necessary. You park on private property at the chalet (partially car port). Thanks to the defrosting system in the car park, ice and snow are kept to a minimum when parking. Walk out of the chalet door and plunge onto the slopes to let the enjoyment begin!

Chalet an der Piste in summer

Book now at Chalet an der Piste for a corona safe holiday . There is enough distance between the separate entrances of the two apartments. Your house will be cleaned and disinfected after each stay. You stay in the middle of nature, but you can do your shopping at a short distance from the chalet. In Austria it is mandatory to wear a mouth- and nose mask, but it may also be made of textile. There is a washing machine and dryer, so that mouth masks can be washed. This way you can minimize possible risks. The measures taken by Austria against COVID-19 have proved effective. As such you can safely travel to Austria again for your holidays.

In summer, Zell am See Kaprun is just as versatile as it is in winter. In addition to hiking and (electric) cycling, you can practice many sports. On the Kitzsteinhorn glacier in Kaprun you can toboggan all summer long and partially enjoy some summer skiing. In Lake Zell am See you can swim, sail a boat, kite- and windsurf, rent a motorised electric boat or hang out behind a speedboat with a banana, go wakeboarding or go water skiing. In addition, in summer you can go horseback riding, paragliding, tennis, volleyball, golf, rafting etc.

In less good weather you can swim indoors at the Tauern Spa Kaprun or the indoor swimming pool in Zell am See.

In Kaprun you can visit two reservoirs at an altitude of approx. 2000m, where you can look out on the glaciers that feed the reservoir.

Zell am See and Kaprun have many shops, restaurants and cafes, so that there is also plenty of fun to be had.

Consider yourself sitting on a nice lounge couch, eating and playing games at a spacious table in the sitting area and sleeping in a good bed. Underfloor heating makes the enjoyment complete when your feet are cold after skiing. Moreover, in all seasons you have a beautiful view of Lake Zell am See, Kaprun, the Maiskogel and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier.
