Travelling with a larger family, several generations or more than one family? You can also rent both apartments together. The whole chalet works especially well for groups of around 15–18 guests and can accommodate up to 22 guests.

Holiday home in Kaprun for families and groups
Chalet an der Piste consists of the Garden Apartment and the Penthouse Apartment. Both apartments are fully equipped and can be booked independently.
Each apartment is especially comfortable for approximately 6–9 guests. With four bedrooms, an additional single high sleeper and a double sofa bed, each apartment can accommodate up to 11 guests when required.
For larger groups, both apartments can be booked together. The whole chalet is particularly well suited to approximately 15–18 guests: large enough to make good use of both apartments while still giving families or friends plenty of private space. The maximum capacity of the entire chalet is 22 guests.
This flexibility makes Chalet an der Piste suitable for two families travelling together, several generations, groups of friends or larger family gatherings.

Book a ski-in/ski-out chalet in Kaprun
In winter, Chalet an der Piste has one of its strongest advantages: its location directly beside the Maiskogel piste. When the piste is open and snow conditions allow, you can start your ski day from the chalet and return on skis at the end of the day.
The Maiskogel ski area is directly connected with the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier, making Chalet an der Piste a convenient base for skiing and snowboarding in Zell am See-Kaprun.
For families and groups, this means less time carrying skis, waiting for ski buses or searching for parking — and more time together on the mountain.

Summer holidays in Zell am See-Kaprun
Outside winter, Chalet an der Piste is a spacious base for hiking, cycling, e-biking, golf, Lake Zell, Kitzsteinhorn and the Kaprun High Mountain Reservoirs.
The chalet combines a quiet mountainside location with easy access to Kaprun and the wider Zell am See-Kaprun region. Groups can spend the day together or choose different activities and meet again at the chalet in the evening.
