How many guests can stay at Chalet an der Piste?
Chalet an der Piste consists of two spacious apartments. Each apartment can be booked separately for up to 11 guests. Many of our guests travel in groups of 8, 9 or 10 people, for example two families with two or three children each. We are also popular with multigenerational families, where grandparents, parents and grandchildren enjoy their holiday together. For larger families and groups, both apartments can be booked together, accommodating up to 22 guests.
Is Chalet an der Piste really ski-in/ski-out?
Yes. Chalet an der Piste is located directly on the Maiskogel piste in Kaprun. From the chalet you have direct access to the Maiskogel ski area. Via the 3K K-onnection, Maiskogel is connected directly to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area. Read more about Chalet an der Piste in winter.
Can I book just one apartment?
Yes. It is usual to book one of the two apartments separately. Both the Garden Apartment and the Penthouse can accommodate up to 11 guests and are suitable for different group compositions. The entire chalet is mainly booked by larger families and groups who want to use both apartments together.
Is Chalet an der Piste suitable for families and groups?
Yes. Each apartment has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of living space. This makes the chalet particularly suitable for families, multigenerational families and groups of friends.
Is Chalet an der Piste also suitable for a summer holiday?

What are popular activities in Zell am See-Kaprun?
In winter, skiing, snowboarding, winter hiking and ski touring are particularly popular.
