Interior & Floor Plan
The interior of Chalet an der Piste is modern, complete and of high quality.
You will sit comfortably on a nice lounge couch, have a nice meal and play games at a spacious table in the sitting area and sleep comfortably in a good bed. The underfloor heating ensures warm feet after winter sports. The thermostat can be regulated separately in each room, so that the enjoyment is complete to everyone’s liking.

FLOOR PLAN
Layout – Ground floor
The ground floor has 4 bedrooms with double beds, an infrared sauna, 2 separate bathrooms (each with toilet) and a separate toilet, a kitchen and a spacious living room. One of the rooms also has a high bed as a full bed. This is ideal if you come with a family of 2 and 3 children as 3 children can sleep in one bedroom. With a group of adults also suitable for 3 friends. The living room has a sofa bed with double mattress for 2 guests.
From the spacious living room and the bay window with a cozy Austrian seating area you have beautiful views of Kaprun, the Maiskogel, the Kitzsteinhorn glacier and the wide surroundings with the mountains of Zell am See. Watch your friends, family or children pass the Maiskogel slope alongside Chalet an der Piste. The terrace faces south so you can catch every ray of sunshine. In summer you can enjoy an alpine garden with several terraces facing south and east with a wide view. So you can choose the moments when you want to sit on the lounge set in the sun or rather in the shade.
In the kitchen you will find a fully equipped kitchen of high quality with Siemens dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and oven, Philips toaster, Senseo, filter coffee machine and a Nespresso. If you don’t feel like cooking, there are several restaurants nearby!
All rooms have a Sony LCD TV. In the living room you can also watch your favorite Blu-ray DVD or use broadband internet on your laptop. Using Apple TV 4K you can easily stream from the photos and videos of the day to the TV from your Apple devices, but also watch YouTube videos and movies via iTunes on the TV. Fancy Netflix? Also available! In the ski room you can store your skis and hang the ski boots on the heater. Outside the winter season, from roughly May till October, this room offers a washing machine and a dryer.
Layout – Upper floor / Penthouse
The upper floor has 4 bedrooms with double beds, 2 separate bathrooms (each with toilet) and a separate toilet, a kitchen and a spacious living room. One of the rooms also has a high bed as a full bed. This is ideal if you come with a family of 2 and 3 children: 3 children can sleep in one bedroom. With a group of adults also suitable for 3 friends. The living room has a sofa bed with double mattress for 2 guests.
In the living room and bedrooms you can see the beautiful wooden roof. From the spacious living room and the bay window with a cozy Austrian seating area you have beautiful views of Kaprun, the Maiskogel, the Kitzsteinhorn glacier and the wide area with the mountains of Zell am See. Watch your friends, family or children pass the Maiskogel along the Chalet an der Piste.
The spacious south-facing balcony allows you to catch every ray of sunshine almost all day long. There is also a wide balcony facing east, where you can enjoy the sunrise and the morning sun. In the afternoon this is a nice shady spot. Because of its location against the mountain, the Penthouse also has a small green area with terrace and grill, where in summer you have a piece of garden with a lounge set at your disposal. During the day you can choose between sun or shade. In the Penthouse you can choose the moments when you want to sit in the sun or in the shade.
